Scope of Services
B. Clean & Co. provides residential and select specialty cleaning services in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. Services are performed based on the service type selected at the time of booking and the information provided by the Client.
Pricing is based on the agreed-upon service, home size, condition, and any approved add-ons. All services are flat-rate or service-based and are not billed hourly.
Any request outside the original scope of work may be declined or require additional approval and payment prior to completion.
Independent Contractor Services
B. Clean & Co. utilizes vetted independent contractors to perform cleaning services.
While all subcontractors are required to meet Company standards for professionalism and quality, they maintain independent control over how services are performed.
Scheduling, Access & Entry
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
Accurate service dates and times are selected at booking
Safe and timely access to the property is provided
Alarm systems are disarmed and/or instructions for entry are clearly communicated
If our team is unable to access the property due to lockouts, incorrect access information, pets preventing entry, or other access issues, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation subject to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules may change. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service: A 50% service fee will be charged.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: A 50% service fee will be charged.
This policy applies to all service types and allows us to compensate subcontractors for reserved time.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be presented at the time of booking. Clients agree to submit payment as required to confirm or complete services.
Failure to remit payment may result in:
Suspension of future bookings
Additional fees
Collection efforts if necessary
Pet Policy
We love our clients’ pets and are happy to work in pet-friendly homes. To ensure the safety of your pets and our cleaning technicians—and to maintain the high standards of service B. Clean & Co. is known for—we ask that clients review and adhere to the following pet guidelines.
What We Ask of Our Clients
All pets should be secured, kenneled, or placed in a separate area during cleaning if they are aggressive, anxious, overly curious, or prone to escaping.
Clients are responsible for notifying B. Clean & Co. of any pets in the home at the time of booking.
Any pet accidents (urine, feces, vomit) must be addressed prior to our arrival.
Please ensure pets do not interfere with our technicians’ ability to safely and efficiently complete their work.
What We Will Do
Clean pet-friendly homes with care and professionalism.
Use pet-safe, non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible.
Use the client’s vacuum in homes with pets to help prevent cross-contamination when available.
Clean surfaces affected by normal pet hair accumulation, within reason and as time allows.
What We Will Not Do
Clean animal feces, urine, vomit, litter boxes, cages, aquariums, or pet bedding.
Handle, restrain, feed, walk, or administer care to pets.
Enter areas where pets pose a safety risk to our technicians.
Deep clean excessive pet hair buildup beyond what is considered standard for a routine cleaning.
Accept liability for pets escaping due to unsecured doors or client-provided access instructions.
Client Responsibility:
Pets should be secured or placed in a separate area during service if they are anxious, territorial, or aggressive. If a pet interferes with the ability to safely perform services, the cleaning may be stopped and treated as a late cancellation. If a technician is unable to safely perform services due to pet-related conditions, service may be paused or discontinued, and the full service fee may apply.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and elevated cleaning experience for everyone involved.
7. Safety, Health & Working Conditions
For the safety of our subcontractors, B. Clean & Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to:
Biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, mold, pest infestations)
Excessive clutter or hoarding conditions
Unsafe structural conditions
Aggressive pets or occupants
No refunds will be issued if services are refused due to unsafe conditions.
8. Quality Concerns & Service Issues
Clients must notify B. Clean & Co. of any service concerns within 24 hours of service completion. Concerns reported after this period may not be eligible for review.
B. Clean & Co. does not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, damage, or buildup caused by neglect, improper surfaces, or pre-existing conditions.
9. Damage, Breakage & Liability
While care is taken during every service, B. Clean & Co. is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Items that are unstable, improperly installed, or fragile
Damage caused by faulty fixtures or surfaces
Clients are responsible for disclosing fragile, valuable, or special-care items prior to service.
Non-Solicitation of Cleaners
Clients agree not to hire or engage B. Clean & Co. partnered cleaners independently during service and for during their tenure on our team. If discovery of such is made, a cancellation of services will apply.
Client Conduct
We expect all interactions to remain professional and respectful. B. Clean & Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any client who engages in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward our team.
Faith-Inspired Values
B. Clean & Co. is a faith-inspired, values-driven company committed to integrity, excellence, and respect. While we do not require clients to share a specific religious belief, all services and interactions are conducted in alignment with these values.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Modifications to Terms
B. Clean & Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Agreement & Acceptance
Booking services with B. Clean & Co. constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, or have any questions, please contact our office at least 24 hours PRIOR to booking to avoid cancellation fees.
